Shipping Method

Standard Shipping: Available on almost all orders worldwide
Estimated Delivery Time: 7–15 business days (after your order ships)
You’ll see the shipping estimate at checkout and again on your order confirmation.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the items in your cart, and the shipping method selected.

Shipping Address Guidelines

• Please provide a current and accurate shipping address to avoid delays.

• P.O. boxes: Some items can ship to P.O. boxes, but certain products may require a physical address.

• Some carriers and items may require a physical address and/or signature confirmation.

• We do not ship to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) or security-restricted locations.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
You’ll receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Shipment Notification & Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipment notification email with:

• A tracking number (when available)

• An estimated delivery window for each package (if your order ships in multiple packages)

Delivery Time

Most orders arrive within the estimated time frame, but delivery can occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or other factors. For the most up-to-date status, please refer to your tracking link.

Delivery Issues

If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, or if tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please reach out within 90 days of your order date to report delivery issues.
